Cara joined The McRae Agency at the beginning of 2009.  She came from another PR agency where her skills were put to the test in several key leadership roles.  There she developed her passion for public relations and planning extravagant events.

Cara graduated from San Jose State University, where she earned her bachelor of science degree in advertising and journalism. While in school she enjoyed being a part of Access, San Jose State’s bi-annual school magazine.  It was there she learned her graphic design skills as she was the front of book editor.   Cara also interned at Comcast   Spotlight, where she worked with several top clients in the Silicon Valley technology market. 

Being a native San Diegan, and then living in the Bay Area for six years, gives Cara a gold medal in travel.  Arizona has given Cara a new place to call home as this is her first year living in the ‘Valley of the Sun.’ You can always find Cara on the weekends, enjoying the outdoors with her dog, Betty Love.  She enjoys surrounding herself with friends, family, and animals.
